Direct Client Forms

This section provides you with the forms you need to invest, redeem, or withdraw funds from Home Trust Company (HTC) investment - non-registered and RRSP. These forms are now interactive, providing the convenience of enabling the user to enter information directly on the PDF form.

Complete the application form with your client using the rate in effect on that day. Applications for investments completed on a weekend or a non-business day must use the most up-to-date rates and the next business day as the investment's start date. The application and payment must be dated the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. Cheques or money orders must be made payable to Home Trust Company.

Each form must be completed in full, printed, and faxed for processing.
