Short Term Certificates of Deposit

• Terms range from 30 to 364 days.
• Interest rate is fixed for the length of the term chosen.
• Unless otherwise stated all rates quoted are per annum.
• Interest is paid at maturity.
• 1 year open certificates are cashable after 30 and 90 days without penalty.
• Minimum deposit is $5,000.

Auto-Renewable Short Term Deposits

• Terms are 30 days with auto rollover until further notice.
• Interest rate resets every 30 days.
• Interest is paid every 30 days by direct deposit or compounded.
• Only eligible for non-registered products.
• Minimum deposit is $5,000.

We will require you to complete a HTC Non Registered Canadian Dollar Guaranteed Investment Application and provide a cheque drawn on a Canadian Financial Institution.
