How to change your PIN?

• Make sure you know your existing PIN.  If you're unsure, please contact Home Trust Customer Service at 1-888-281-7793 from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday (EST) and we can resend a PIN reminder by mail.
• Go to a Post Office near you and ask to change your PIN.
• Insert your Home Trust Chip credit card into the PIN pad device presented to you by the clerk.
• Follow the prompts to change your PIN.
