• Interest rate is fixed for the length of the term chosen.
• Unless otherwise stated all rates quoted are per annum.
• Interest is compounded annually.
• No opening or transfer charges.
• Minimum deposit is $10,000.
• One unscheduled withdrawal per year subject to the value of the plan.
• Interest fluctuates with annual minimum payment option.
• Annual statement.
• The certificate is not redeemable prior to maturity except at death of the registered holder.
• The specimen plan number for Home Trust RRIF’s is 1235.
