Classic Mortgages are ideal for salaried, commissioned or self employed clients with non-traditional income documentation. Our highly experienced team can also help you with financing for people that have faced personal and financial hardship impacting their credit history.
Mortgage Qualifications
- Marketable residential properties in major urban centers
- Available on Rental Properties
- Up to 80% LTV for Purchases and Refinances
- Loans up to $2,000,000, above on a case by case basis
- Loans up to $750,000 on high-rise condos, above on a case by case basis
- TDS to be assessed at the time of application
- Up to 30 year amortization

Each mortgage application is subject to approval based on its own merits in accordance with Home Trust’s policies and guidelines. The rate used to calculate the GDS and TDS ratios for all mortgages will be the greater of the contractual mortgage rate (offer rate) plus 2% or the five year benchmark rate published weekly by the Bank of Canada.Product may differ or may not be available in Quebec.
