1) Visit Home Digital – Home Trust
2) Select “Sign up now.” You will need your HomeTrust mortgage number to start the registration process and access to your email address to set up your username and password for Home Digital.
3) Click or tap on “Get started” then enter your Home Trust mortgage number, legal first and last name, date of birth and email address. Then click “Continue.”
4) Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
5) Create a username 6 to 16 characters in length with at least one number. Make sure your username does not contain any spaces or special characters.
6) Type in your password. Passwords must contain all of the following:
At least one number
At least one lowercase character
At least one uppercase character
At least one special character
Between 8 to 40 characters
7) Re-enter your password.
8) Review the terms and conditions then click the checkbox to agree. Click “Continue” to finish enrolment.

– Easily view updates or changes to payment amounts due to increase/decrease in interest rates, lump sum payments or frequency/amoritization changes without having to wait for paper copies.
– Have the ability to request mortgage documentation such as the Amortization schedule or Information statement conveniently, safely and securely.
– Download or print your annual mortgage statement(s).
– Communicate and connect with us (HTC) effortlessly 24/7 through our secure messaging environment.
If you are an Oaken Financial customer, you can use your existing Oaken Digital credentials to log into Home Digital.
Currently, Home Digital supports residential mortgage customers (excluding Quebec).
